Barbecue Herb Potato Kebabs
500g potatoes, 4cm chunks
500g sweet potatoes, 4cm chunks
¼ C olive oil
3 T chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 T chopped fresh thyme or 1 t dried
1/8 t chilli powder
½ t salt
½ t pepper
1 t garlic powder
500g sweet potatoes, 4cm chunks

Soak skewers in cold water. Steam potatoes and sweet potatoes separately, for 5-8 mins, until tender. Remove all to large bowl and cover with cold water, stand 2 mins, drain and pat dry. Whisk together other ingredients, add to potatoes in bowl and mix well to coat. Thread potatoes onto skewers. Cook on grill/BBQ, turning frequently, approx 10 mins.
