Potato Mash

1 kg potatoes, peeled, chunked
½ C milk
100 g butter
Salt and pepper

Bring potatoes to boil in cold salted water, cook ~ 30 mins. Warm milk and butter in another saucepan. When potato cooked, drain and return to pan, mash while warm, add and whisk milk and butter, season.
