Savoury Triangles
1 hard boiled egg
1/3 rasher bacon
1 spring onion
20g cheese
shake of basil
1 sheet puff pastry
Little milk

Finely chop egg and bacon, onion. Add grated cheese and basil. Mix well. Cut pastry into 8 equal sections, divide the egg mixture between these. Moisten two sides with milk and fold into a triangle. Prick with a fork and place on a lightly greased oven tray. Bake 15-20 mins or until a golden brown, in a 220°C oven.
