Tuna and Corn Frittata

1 T butter
2 cooked diced potatoes
8 chopped spring onions
425g drained tuna
6 eggs
2 C grated cheese
425g creamed corn
Heat butter in large frypan. Add potatoes and 4 spring onions, saut?. Separately combine tuna, eggs, 4 onions, cheese and corn. Pour over potatoes. Cook on medium heat 15 mins. Finish under grill. Slice and serve.
