Sultana Cake
1 cup SR flour
¾-1 cup sultanas
½ cup plain flour
2 eggs
1 tspn bicarb
½ cup milk
2 tabs butter
Vanilla essence
¾ cup sugar
pinch salt
1 tspn mixed spice

Preheat oven to 170°C. Melt butter, add to sugar and cream mixture. Add eggs and beat. Add sultanas, vanilla, mixed spice, bicarb. Add flour and salt, then gradually mix in milk. Bake 45 mins.
