Orange Cake

150g butter
1 tabs grated rind
¾ cup castor sugar
3 eggs
1 ½ cups SR flour
¼ cup milk
1 ½ cups icing sugar
1 tspn soft butter
1 tabs orange juice approx
Preheat oven 180°C. Mix butter, rind, castor sugar, eggs, flour, milk. Bake 40 mins. Cool for 5 mins before turning out. Combine remaining icing ingredients in medium bowl, beat with electric mixer on low speed until just combined. Increase speed to medium, beat about 3 mins or until mixed.
