Baked Chocolate Pudding (Microwave Or Oven)
1 cup SR flour
1 beaten egg
2 tspns cocoa
½ cup caster sugar
2 ¾ tabs melted butter
½ cup milk
Sauce:
½ cup light brown sugar
1 tabs cocoa
2 cups boiling water (1 ½ cups if cooking in microwave)
Cream butter and caster sugar. Add egg, mix well. Sift flour and 2 tspns cocoa. Stir in flour and milk alternately. Pour into greased dish. Combine brown sugar and cocoa for sauce. Sprinkle on top of mixture in dish, and pour boiling water gently over all this. Bake 180°C for 45 mins OR 12 mins on High in microwave.
