Chocolate Mousse

200g dark cooking chocolate
2 T cream
4 eggs, separated
1 t instant coffee
1 T Kahlua
1 T caster sugar
Whipped cream, strawberries, icing sugar
Place cream and chocolate in bowl. Melt in microwave (approx 3 mins) or over simmering water. Beat mixture until smooth. Add egg yolks one at a time. Add instant coffee and liqueur. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks. Add sugar and beat for 1 minute more. Fold 1/3 of sugar mixture into chocolate, then lightly fold in the rest. Pour mixture into one large attractive bowl or several small bowls. Chill for several hours. Finish with whipped cream, strawberries and icing sugar.
