Fruit Crumble
750 g frozen berries
1 kg green apples, peeled, cored, sliced
1 C caster sugar
1 T lemon juice
¼ C SR flour
50 g butter, chopped
50 g sweet biscuits, crushed coarsely
¼ C brown sugar
2 T desiccated coconut

Grease oven dish, preheat oven to 180°C. Place fruit in large pan with sugar and lemon juice, cook stirring until fruit is just tender. Place flour in bowl, rub in butter, stir in biscuits, brown sugar, coconut. Put fruit in dish, sprinkle with crumble, bake over oven tray 20 mins until lightly browned.
