Michelle's Canadian Cheesecake
½ C butter, melted
1¾ C Granita biscuit crumbs (1 pkt less 6)
¼ C chopped nuts
1 t cinnamon
3 eggs
1 C sugar
1 t vanilla essence
¼ t almond essence
425g soft cream cheese
75ml sour cream

¼ C chopped nuts

Preheat oven 180°. Mix butter, crumbs, nuts, cinnamon for base and press into 10? springform tin and cool. Beat remaining ingredients and pour onto base, bake 50-60 mins. Set in fridge 1-2 hours.
