Dead Easy Chocolate Pudding
1 cup self-raising flour
100 gm & 1 packed cup brown sugar
7 tbsp Dutch cocoa
125 ml milk
2 tbsp melted butter
380 ml boiling water

Preheat oven to 180°C. Sift flour, 100 gm sugar and 4 tbsp cocoa into a pudding bowl. Then stir together milk and butter and mix into dry ingredients. Mix together 1 packed cup of sugar and 3 tbsp cocoa. Sprinkle on top of above mixture and gently pour in water. Cook in oven for about 35 mins, scoop out and serve with whipped cream on the side.
