Mars Bar Bananas

kitchen foil
good quality apricot jam (or another variety)
4-8 ripe sugar bananas, peeled
1-2 Mars bars (or another chocolate bar), sliced lengthways
whipped double cream or vanilla ice cream
Place large pieces of foil on a workbench and spread some jam in the centre. Top with 2 bananas and sliced Mars bar. Fold up the foil, leaving space on top, and cook for 3-5 mins on a preheated BBQ or grill. Serve individually in the foil with whipped cream or ice cream on the side.
