Chocolate & Marshmallow S'mores

plain chocolate biscuits
mini marshmallows
dark chocolate, finely sliced
kitchen foil
Preheat oven to 180°C. Place a biscuit on a workbench. Top with a layer of marshmallows and chocolate and another biscuit. Then wrap in foil and repeat the process. Cook in the oven for 6-8 mins until insides have softened.
