Low-Fat Vegetarian Lasagne
1 jar tomato pasta sauce
6 sheets lasagne
Mushrooms, sliced
Pumpkin (at least ½)
2 zucchinis, sliced
1 red capsicum, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
Grated cheese
Pepper
6 sheets lasagne

Preheat oven 180°. Cook and mash pumpkin. Line tray with ½ zucchini, then ½ mushroom, ½ capsicum, ½ pumpkin, ½ lasagne, ½ pasta sauce, repeat. Top with cheese, tomato then pepper. Bake.
