Macaroni Cheese
3 dspns butter
1 chopped onion
1 rasher bacon, chopped
1 dspn tomato paste
1 can tomatoes
2 dspns chutney
1½ t curry powder
2 tabs flour
1 ½ C milk
Salt & pepper
1½ cups grated cheese
1 pkt macaroni
Preheat oven 180°C. Melt butter, saute onion and bacon until golden brown. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, chutney, curry powder and cook until blended. Sprinkle flour over this mixture. Simmer for minute or two and then add milk gradually, stirring all the time. Season to taste. Pour over the cooked macaroni and cheese. Mix well together and top with remaining cheese. Bake 20-30 mins, or microwave 5 mins, to melt cheese.
