Speedy Rice Supper

500g rice
4 rashers bacon, chopped
2 onions, chopped
120g mushrooms
1 C chopped capsicum
1 clove garlic
300g chicken breast, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 T soy sauce
Cook rice. Cook chicken, remove. Cook bacon, onions, mushrooms, capsicum, garlic until bacon golden. Add chicken and toss until heated. Add a little extra oil, then add rice and lightly toss until blended. Season with salt and pepper and soy sauce.
