Chicken Tetrazzini
3 chicken breast fillets
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
¼ tspn ground black pepper
1 egg
4 tabs parmesan cheese
2 tabs vegetable oil
1 tabs butter
1½ tabs plain flour
Enough milk for right consistency
½ tspn salt + 6 shakes white pepper
3 tabs cheese
¼ tspn mustard
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
¼ tspn ground black pepper
1 egg
4 tabs parmesan cheese
2 tabs vegetable oil
1 tabs butter

Cut chicken into strips. Combine breadcrumbs, black pepper and grated parmesan cheese. Put into bowl. Beat egg and add to different bowl. Put chicken into the egg mixture and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Shallow fry. Cook pasta. Mix together the chicken, pasta and sauce.
