Chicken Pot Pie
1 large chicken breast

1 onion
1 ½ T plain flour
1 C milk
1 T parsley
Tarragon
Pepper
Mixed vegetables
2 medium potatoes
¼ C milk
Nutmeg

Preheat oven 200°C. Brown chicken in pan, remove. Fry onion in butter until golden, stir in flour. Mix in a little milk and form a paste, then add rest of milk. Stri through parsley, tarragon, pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickens. Mix in chicken and mixed vegetables. Pour into casserole dish, top with potato mash (potato, milk, nutmeg, pepper) and a little butter. Bake 20 mins until lightly browned.
