French Style Chicken Casserole
1 kg chicken pieces
2 level tabs flour, salt & pepper
2 rashers bacon
1 dspn mixed French-style mustard
1 tabs flour
4 oz mushrooms
2 onions, chopped
½ cup milk
2 level tabs flour, salt & pepper

Fry bacon and onion and mushrooms, remove to casserole dish. Brown chicken pieces tossed in seasoned flour, remove to casserole dish. Sauce: melt butter in pan, mix flour and mustard into butter, blend in milk and stir until thick. Pour into casserole dish. Bake 50 mins, adding water as cooking.
