Braised Steak with Mushrooms
Oil spray
500g lean beef fillet steak, cut into 4 large pieces
350g baby onions
225g mushrooms, halves
2 C beef stock
1 bay leaf
1 T Dijon mustard
2 T Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven 180°C. Spray pan with oil, cook meat 2-3 mins until brown. Add mushrooms and onions 5 mins until golden brown. Add stock and bay leaf, bring to boil then reduce heat. Add mustard, sauce, salt and pepper. Transfer to casserole dish and bake 2 hours. Serve with vegetables.
