500g mince 1 tspn curry powder 1 onion, chopped 2 carrots, chopped 1 tspn Worcestershire Sauce 1 pkt Chicken Noodle Soup 500 ml water (approx) 1 tabs tomato sauce 2 tabs beans 1 tspn beef stock powder ½ cabbage, chopped Plain flour


Brown onions and meat, then add other ingredients. Cook for approx ¾ hour. Thicken with flour at end. Serve with rice.
