Marinated Lamb Cutlets

8 lamb cutlets
Juice of 1 orange
3 tabs plum jam
1 chicken stock cube
1 or 2 onions, chopped
Plain flour
Salt & pepper
Saute onion and remove. Dip chops in seasoned flour and brown lightly in margarine (or oil). Boil other ingredients and pour over chops in casserole ¾ to 1 hour. Thicken with cornflour if desired.
