Casserole
750g meat (beef, lamb, mutton)
1 tabs flour
1 tabs sugar
1 tspn salt
2 onions
2-3 carrots, chopped
1 piece pumpkin, cubed
4-5 potatoes (peeled and sliced)
¾ cup tomato sauce
2 tabs Worcestershire Sauce
1 tabs Gravox
Water

Cut meat into large, thick pieces. Place flour, sugar and salt in shallow dish and mix. Dip meat into flour and place in casserole dish. Add carrots, onions, pumpkin and potato. To extra 1 tabs flour add sauces and Gravox. Gradually add water to mix a good consistency and pour all over ingredients. Add water to dish to cover all ingredients with potatoes slightly protruding. Cover and put in oven at 180C for 2 ½ - 3 hours. Remove lid to brown potatoes 30 mins before serving.
