Curried Fish Pie
60g butter (1 tabs)
1 onion, chopped
4 tabs plain flour
2 tspns curry powder
1 tspn salt & pepper
2 cups milk
425g can fish (drained)
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Melt butter and fry onion. Add flour, curry and seasonings and allow to cook for 13 mins. Stir in milk and allow to boil and thicken. Add pineapple, fish and eggs and pour into deep pie dish. Can be covered with mashed potatoes and cook ½ hour in moderate oven.
