Lamb forequarter chops
2 tabs flour
1 onion, sliced
2 tspn curry powder
1 tabs tomato paste
Thick Vegetable soup
2 cups water
Coat lamb in flour and brown in a little oil. Place in casserole dish. Fry onion and curry powder for 2 mins, add tomato paste, soup mix and water. Bring to boil, stirring continuously. Pour over chops, cover and bake at 180C for 1 ½ hours.
