Zucchini Pie

1 large zucchini
3 bacon rashers
½ C oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 large onion, chopped
1 C grated cheese
1 C SR flour
Salt and pepper
Breadcrumbs
Butter
Heat oven to 180°. Grease pie dish with butter and coat with breadcrumbs. Mix all other ingredients and pour into dish. Bake 30-40 mins.
