Hungarian Goulash
750g diced steak
2 tabs butter
Onion, diced
1 tspn salt & pepper
1 ½ t paprika
2 tabs tomato sauce
1 tabs sour cream
2 tabs butter

1 tabs sour cream
Melt butter in saucepan and saut? onions. Add meat and brown. Stir in salt & pepper and paprika until meat is well covered. Mix in tomato sauce. Cover saucepan tightly and cook over low heat 1½ hours. Stir in sour cream but DO NOT BOIL.
