Chilli Chicken
4 tabs oil
1 small onion, grated
1 tspn saffron powder or turmeric
1 level tspn salt
½ tspn chilli powder

Marinate chicken legs in above marinade for 3-4 hours. Spoon marinade over chicken whilst grilling. Use moderate heat as skin is inclined to burn. Cook 20-30 mins or until tender when tested with a skewer.
