Teriyaki Chicken
¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup salt-reduced soy sauce
2 tabs honey
1 tspn sesame oil
1 tspn finely chopped ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Black pepper to taste
4 chicken breasts, 2.5cm chunks

In a bowl combine sesame seeds, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and pepper. Mix well. Add chicken to marinade in bowl, stir to coat evenly. Cover bowl, refrigerate for about ½ hour, stirring occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade. Cook under a hot grill for about 10-12 mins, basting occasionally with marinade. Serve immediately with chopped spring onion.
