Chicken Vol-Au-Vents

1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 tabs margarine
2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken
1 pkt Continental Seasoned Chicken & Veg Soup
1 cup milk
2 tabs cream (not whipped)
2 tabs sliced spring onions
3-4 doz small vol-au-vent cases
Fry mushrooms in margarine. Add chicken, soup packet and milk. Bring to boil and simmer 5 mins, stirring. Add cream and spring onions. Spoon into vol-au-vent cases and heat at 220?C for 10-15 mins.
