Pasta Salad

375 g shell pasta
6 bacon rashers, chopped
1 ½ C mayonnaise
1/3 C wholegrain mustard
¾ C buttermilk
3 celery sticks, thinly sliced
1 large red capsicum, chopped finely
1 bunch chives, chopped finely
2 T parsley, chopped finely
Cook pasta, cool. Cook bacon until crisp, drain. Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, buttermilk, add other ingredients, toss gently to combine.

Can add 2 t curry powder for a variation.
