Chicken Potato Bake
3 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
500g chicken breasts, sliced
1 leek, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
2 T fresh herb (e.g. marjoram) chopped
535g can Heinz creamy condensed chicken soup
500g chicken breasts, sliced

Preheat oven to 190°C. Spray a 2 ½ L oven dish. Arrange half potatoes over base of dish. Layer chicken and vegetables over. Sprinkle with herb. Top with rest of potatoes. Pour over soup. Bake 50-60 mins.
