Chocolate Cake
2/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ¾ cups SR flour
3 level tabs cocoa
½ tspn bicarbonate soda
1 cup milk
1 tspn vanilla essence

Preheat oven to 180°C. Sift the dry ingredients and make a well in the centre. Beat together the eggs, oil, milk and vanilla and pour into the well. Beat mixture for 4 mins. Spoon into a 20cm greased square tin. Bake 50-60 mins. Cook on a wire rack.
