Chocolate Crunch Slice

125g butter
1 cup SR flour
½ cup coconut
½ cup cornflakes
½ cup brown sugar

Chocolate icing
100g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
30g copha, chopped
Place butter in large bowl, melt on High 1 min, stir in remaining ingredients, press into greased and lined 23cm square dish. Cook on High 4 mins or until just cooked in centre. Spread with Chocolate Icing, cut when cold.

Chocolate Icing: Place chocolate and copha in small bowl, melt on High 1 ½ mins, stirring often.
