Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies
185g butter, melted
¼ C cocoa, sifted
1 C caster sugar
2 eggs
1 C plain flour, sifted
285g cream cheese, softened, chopped
4 ½ T caster sugar
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 160°C. Place butter, cocoa, sugar, eggs, flour in bowl and mix until smooth. Spoon into 20cm square slice tin lined with baking paper. Process cream cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth. Place large spoonfuls of cheesecake on top of chocolate mixture and swirl with knife. Bake 45-50 mins until set. Cool in tin.
