Low Fat Chocolate Mousse

200g low-fat vanilla Fruche
200g low-fat vanilla yoghurt
2 T Baileys or Frangelico
200g low-fat milk chocolate, melted
1 T gelatine
¼ C boiling water
3 egg whites
2 T powdered sweetener or sugar
Combine Fruche with yoghurt and liqueur. Stir in chocolate. Dissolve gelatine in water by whisking vigorously with fork. Allow to cool. Mix into chocolate mixture. Beat egg whites until soft peaks. Gradually add sweetener, beating well. Fold whites into chocolate mixture. Spoon mixture into individual glasses. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.
