Sago Custard

4 tabs sago
4 heaped tabs Sunshine
750 ml water approx (in Sunshine)
Vanilla essence
4 well beaten eggs
2 tabs sugar
Cover sago with water and boil until transparent, stirring frequently (approx 20 mins).

Pour sago into dish. Add other ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle with nutmeg and dot with butter. Cook approx 2 ½ hours in moderate oven. Use large enamel dish.
