Lemon Philly Cheesecake

250g Philly cream cheese
½ cup caster sugar
1 tspn vanilla essence
2 dspns lemon juice
Pinch salt
2 eggs
Base
1 pkt Granita/Milk Arrowroot, crushed
½ tspn cinnamon or nutmeg
250g melted butter
250g Philly cream cheese
½ cup caster sugar
1 tspn vanilla essence
2 dspns lemon juice

250g melted butter
Crush biscuits, add spice and stir in melted butter. Chill base 20 mins. Mix Philly cheese and other ingredients, pour over base. Bake in slow oven 30 mins or until set.
