Malteser Cream
2 x 40g packets Maltesers
1 egg white
1 C light cream (18% fat)
200g low-fat vanilla yoghurt
1 T orange zest julienned
1 egg white
1 C light cream (18% fat)
200g low-fat vanilla yoghurt
1 T orange zest julienned
Place Maltesers in plastic bag and roughly crush Whisk egg white until stiff then using same beaters/whisk, whisk cream until firm. Fold egg and yoghurt into cream. Stir through the Maltesers and spoon into 4 dishes, sprinkle with orange zest and chill until serving.
