Granny's Goo (Chocolate Pudding)

125 g SR flour
2 T cocoa
pinch salt
100g soft butter
100g caster sugar
4 eggs, lightly beaten
½ t vanilla extract
3 T milk
1 C boiling water
100g soft brown sugar
2 T cocoa
Heat oven to 180°C. Sift together flour, cocoa, salt. Bream butter and sugar until pale. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then vanilla. Fold in flour and milk alternately, mixing well. Spoon into buttered 18cm oven dish. Pour boiling water over cocoa and brown sugar in heatproof bowl, stir until dissolved. Pour sauce over pudding, bake 40-50 mins until top formed crust, centre cooked and bottom runny. Serve with custard, cream or icecream.
