Mini Christmas Puddings

1 family size dark fruit cake
1 packet red and green cherries
1 packet Nestle white chocolate melts
Glass orange juice or brandy
Line tray with baking paper/foil. Crumble fruit cake into bowl, add juice a T at a time. Roll into balls, place on tray. Chop cherries, melt white chocolate. Pour ½ t chocolate over each ball (to run down sides!), arrange cherries to look like holly ( green, red green), set in fridge.
