Cream of Carrot Soup
500g new carrots (unpeeled)
4½ cups chicken stock
1 clove garlic
500ml cream
Salt & pepper
Chopped parsley?
1 pkt Brown Onion sauce
Water as required

Cook for 30 minutes. Blend carrots. When ready add cream and stir in. Do not boil.
