Egg and Cheese Pie

1 C whipped cream
250g SR flour
1 small Philly cheese
1 egg yolk
2 tabs melted butter
1 dspn water
¾ cup milk
2-3 rashers bacon, chopped
3 eggs (3 whites, 2 yolks), whipped
Onion, chopped
Grated cheese
Whip cream first, separately. Rub together the flour, Philly cheese, then add the egg yolk, butter & water. Mix and press into pie dishes. Mix filling of milk, bacon, eggs, onion, fold in cream, pour over crust. Top with grated cheese. Cook for ¾ hour at 160? (do not use fan in oven).
