Fettuccini with Bacon

350g fettuccini pasta
1 tabs butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic
2 C sliced mushrooms
200g bacon, chopped
Black pepper
200g light sour cream
Grated parmesan cheese to serve
Cook fettuccini. Heat butter in frying pan. Add onion, garlic and bacon. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add mushrooms and black pepper. Cook a further 5 minutes. Add light sour cream. Heat through only. Toss the sauce with fettuccini. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
