Low Fat Veggie Soup

2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
pinch chilli flakes
2 carrots, chopped
2 sticks celery, finely chopped
2 zucchini, chopped
4 C vegetable stock
Salt and pepper
½ C peas or beans (optional
Place all ingredients except peas/beans in pot, cover and cook medium heat ~20 mins or until vegetables soft. Blend half (if you like it chunkier) or all soup in food processor until smooth. Return soup to pan and add peas/beans and reheat to serve.
