¼ C dry sherry
¼ C soy sauce
Brown sugar
Asian greens (e.g. choy sum, bok choy)

Fry ginger in sesame oil, add other sauces and simmer, add brown sugar to taste. Blanch Asian greens in boiling water for 10-20 secs, drain and serve with sauce.
