Cheese and Garlic Bread

100 gm butter, softened
1 cup grated tasty cheese
2 garlic cloves, crushed
juice of ½-1 lemon
2-3 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
1 French stick
Preheat oven to 220°C. Mix together butter, cheese, garlic, lemon juice and parsley with a wooden spoon until well combined. Cut baguette in half and then lengthways. Smear the bottom side with the butter, put the top on and cook in oven until crispy and butter has melted.
