Knickerbocker Glory

1 packet berry jelly
cooking chocolate
cream
canned fruit
1 jam sponge roll, cut into small squares
berry sauce
mini marshmallows
berry ice cream
fresh berries
Flake bars
Make jelly as per instructions on the packet. Allow to set and then cut into cubes. When ready, gently melt chocolate in a double boiler. Then stir in a little cream until well combined. Layer canned fruit, jelly, sponge, berry sauce, marshmallows, ice cream and berries in serving glasses (or dishes). Spoon chocolate sauce over the top and garnish with a piece of Flake.
