Pasta with Tuna, Cream, and Cheese Sauce

400 gm wagon wheels pasta
¾ cup cream
¾ cup milk
1 packet McCormick?s Creamy Scalloped Potato Mix
1-2 cans tuna, drained & flaked
freshly grated parmesan
freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp chopped basil
½ cup fresh (or packet) breadcrumbs
2 garlic cloves, crushed
olive oil spray
Preheat oven to 200°C. Cook pasta in boiling water until just al dente. Rinse in cold water and then drain well. Whisk up cream, milk and sauce mix in a large bowl. Add drained pasta, tuna, 1-2 tbsp parmesan, ground pepper and basil. Toss well and put in a large gratin dish (casserole). Mix together breadcrumbs, garlic and 2 tbsp parmesan. Then scatter on top of pasta, even out the top and lightly spray with oil. Cook in the oven for about 25 mins until coloured.
