Potato and Sweetcorn Soup
3 slices ham, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 celery sticks, thinly sliced
4 potatoes, diced
4 C chicken stock
2 chicken breasts, chopped
2 C sweet corn kernels
2 C milk
Pepper
4 t plain flour

Place ham, onoin, celery, potatoes, stock, chicken in pot, cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 mins until chicken cooked. Add corn, milk, pepper 5 mins. Add flour to thicken, serve immediately.
